As the founder of nonprofit culinary production studio Studio ATAO, she often uses mediums such as virtual reality, poetry, spoken word and interactive installation to deepen the guest experience both physically and virtually. Jenny's work and food has been featured on outlets such as Harper's Bazaar, NowTHIS, Eater, Food & Wine, Oxygen TV and Food Network. Her full biography and portfolio can be found at jennydorsey.co.
